Pressotherapy
Sequential compression using compressed air that stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation: lighter legs, reduced water retention and a softened appearance of cellulite.

Where does pressotherapy come from?
Compression to stimulate circulation is an ancient practice. In the 20th century, devices with inflatable sleeves automated it, first in the medical field for venous and lymphatic disorders, then in aesthetics for the appearance of cellulite and drainage.
How it works
The client wears boots, sleeves or a belt connected to the device. Compressed air inflates the compartments one after another, from the bottom upwards, creating alternating pressure and release that promotes venous return and the elimination of metabolic waste.
Which clients?
People who experience heavy legs or water retention, athletes who want better recovery and those who want to improve the appearance of cellulite and skin texture.
How a session works
The client settles comfortably, in loose clothing. You fit the accessories, set the duration, sequence and pressure, then start the programme. The session lasts 20 to 60 minutes and leaves a feeling of lightness.
Results
Pressotherapy does not eliminate cellulite, but by reducing water retention and stimulating circulation, it smooths the skin and reduces irregularities. It is ideally combined with a balanced diet and physical activity.
How many sessions?
In aesthetics, a course of 6 to 12 sessions, at a rate of one or two a week, is generally recommended.
Boosting results
Manual lymphatic drainage with a suitable anti-cellulite cream and, if she wishes, draining food supplements prolong the effect of the treatment.
Why a professional device
Precisely adjustable pressure, sequential compression, simultaneous treatment of both limbs, customisable programmes and easy handling. Compared with a home device, it offers more power, more compartments and areas, and more comprehensive programmes.
Choosing the right device
Start from your objectives (heavy legs, slimming, recovery), check the programmes offered, build quality, ease of use and maintenance, as well as technical support and training.
Contraindications
Deep vein thrombosis, heart failure, active skin infection, active cancer. During pregnancy, prior medical advice is required.
